Champion since 1974 in this category is Mike Austin, who 25 September 1974 year, he sent the ball on an unimaginable distance of 515 yards (471 meters). For clarity, the guy had 64 years! Three and a half decades later, his shot is still the longest strike in history classified in the Guinness Book of Records.
But we have news. Padraig Harrington played almost twice as far because of more than 830 meters! How is this possible?
